What we check
- End-to-end delivery: a test message is sent through our sending server exactly as your mail app sends it, then read back from a mailbox — we time it and confirm it was DKIM-signed and not marked as spam.
- Receiving: our incoming mail server is tested the way Gmail or Outlook would connect to it, for every domain we host.
- Sending: our sending ports, our server’s reputation on the major blocklists, and how Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and others are accepting our mail.
- Mail apps: IMAP and POP3 with valid certificates, for Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phones.
- Background jobs: push notifications, scheduled sends, campaigns and the desktop new-mail signal.
